Juice of 4 blood oranges
14 large strawberries, washed and trimmed, blended to a pulp with a food processor or immersion blender
3 tbsp. maple syrup
juice of 1/2 lime
lime zest, for garnish
1. Combine all the ingredients except the lime zest in a bowl, and stir.
2. Slowly pour the ingredients into your ice-cream maker, and let process for 30 minutes until thick.
3. Spoon into a plastic container with an airtight lid, and freeze. Or transfer straight from the ice-cream maker to dessert bowls, garnish with lime zest and enjoy!
