Avocado & Chevre Dip

avocado chevre dip
2 ripe organic avocados

1 small log goat cheese (chevre) softened

1 clove organic garlic, finely minced

juice of one organic lemon or lime

2 tbsp. organic cilantro, finely chopped

1/2 tsp. Herbamare

few drops of hot sauce to taste

Scoop out avocado flesh and add all ingredients to the food processor.  Process until smooth.  Garnish with cilantro.

Serve with raw veggies, crackers, or Neal Bros. organic flax tortilla chips.
